Umrah Visa Requirements: 1. One application form duly completed and signed by the applicant. 2. Two passport-sized photographs. 3.The passport should be in order and valid for atleast 6 months visa applications should be dealt with only through a Hajj & Umra visa services agents 3.A meningitis immunization certificate. (Pilgrims must have their immunization at least ten days before travelling) 4. Children aged one year and over and traveling on a parent's passport must have their photograph affixed to the passport and endorsed by the authority concerned. Their photograph must also be affixed to the application form. 5. All females should be accompanied by a Mehram, the husband, father, uncle, adult son, brother or nephew. The accompanying Mehram must be at least 17 years old.
Note: If a woman is 45 years old or older, she is allowed to go without a Mehram if she travels with an organized group or family and submits a notarized No Objection Certificate from her Mehram.
Note: If the applicant is not a national of the country he/she is applying from, a valid residency permit must be submitted with the application.
