The Holy Qur’aan is a book of
divine guidance for mankind. For that reason, “Man” is its subject so that he
can improve his life. If the man will improve his life in this world, then he
will continue to climb the path of success even after death. But if he has
messed up in this world, then there is trouble waiting for him in the hereafter
as well. There is only one way to improve man’s life and that is to establish a
connection with Allaah SWT. That is why the Holy Qur’aan clearly details the
Majesty and Characteristics of Allaah SWT so that the man understands Him, love
Him and continue to improve by obeying His Commands. Each messenger of Allaah
SWT stated that they brought the divine guidance directly from Allaah. Moreover,
these messengers/prophets were the epitome of a superior life style. We can
truly learn how to obey Allaah SWT from their examples. Thus Allaah SWT Says in
the Holy Qur’aan, “Whosoever obeys the Holy Prophet (SAW), they actually obey
Allaah”. The Holy Qur’aan mentions about the Paradise and the Hell to
distinguish the results of good deeds and bad deeds. Allaah SWT is the creator
of this universe and one can obtain a divine understanding of Allaah SWT from
it. The Holy Qur’aan also states that each and every thing in this universe can
be mastered by the man; so to conquer and control this universe’s powers is a
duty for the mankind and of course, these powers cannot be controlled without
knowing and understanding the universe well. This universe is a Grand and
Majestic creation of Allaah SWT. HE has detailed the steps in creating this
universe in the Holy Qur’aan. Allaah has also described in detail the universe’s
characteristics and Has concluded most eloquently that His creation is not void
of a purpose. Allaah SWT has impressed upon His Solitary Being by implementing
uniform laws of nature. A creator well knows the ins and outs of his creation.
The others try to understand these ins and outs with painstaking research but
still don’t encompass it all. Allaah SWT Has explained the secrets of this
universe in the Holy Qur’aan some 1,400 years ago. It has taken the scientists
and researchers this long to understand but a few. This is a GIANT proof that
the Holy Qur’aan is a Text from Allaah SWT. Brining these facts in the open
strengthens the Imaan (faith) and the true nature of this Holy Scripture. The
only thing to keep in mind is that all scientific ideologies are not the last
word. If a current scientific philosophy does not jive with the Holy Qur’aan,
then it is not necessary to stretch it but better yet to understand that the
